podcast or audio-related editing, when agreed upon.
The exact scope, price, deadline, number of revisions, deliverables, and payment terms must be agreed upon before the start of each project.
Submitting a message, form, demo, reference, or project file does not automatically create a service agreement.
A project is considered accepted only after the scope, price, timeline, payment method, and delivery expectations have been confirmed by André Scremin and the client.
Quotes may vary depending on the complexity of the song, number of tracks, editing needs, production requirements, deadlines, revisions, and final deliverables.
The client is responsible for:
providing accurate project information;
sending organized files, stems, vocals, references, lyrics, session notes, and technical details when needed;
ensuring that all submitted materials are legally authorized for use;

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client retains ownership of their original songs, lyrics, recordings, compositions, vocals, and creative materials.
Work performed by André Scremin may include technical, creative, production, editing, mixing, or mastering contributions. Any ownership, royalty, publishing, producer points, credits, or commercial rights must be agreed upon in writing before or during the project.
If no separate written agreement exists, payment for a service does not automatically grant rights beyond the agreed delivery of the specific service.
Credits must be agreed upon according to the nature of the work performed.
Examples may include:
Produced by André Scremin;
Mixed by André Scremin;
Mastered by André Scremin;
Vocal Editing by André Scremin;

The exact credit format should be discussed before public release.
Revisions may be included depending on the agreement for each project.
A revision means an adjustment based on the original agreed direction of the project. A revision does not include a complete change of arrangement, new recordings, replacement of major files, new production direction, or changes that significantly alter the original scope unless otherwise agreed.
Additional revisions, urgent requests, file replacements, or major scope changes may require additional fees.
Final files may be delivered through digital download links, cloud storage, email, or another agreed method.
Delivery formats may include WAV, MP3, instrumental versions, acapella versions, TV tracks, stems, or other files, depending on the agreed scope.
The client is responsible for downloading and safely storing delivered files. André Scremin may not be able to keep all project files indefinitely.
Payment terms must be agreed upon before the project begins.
Depending on the project, payment may be required in advance, partially upfront, or according to agreed milestones.
If a client cancels a project after work has started, any refund or remaining balance will depend on the amount of work already completed, the agreed terms, and the nature of the project.
Fees paid for work already completed, time reserved, or services already delivered may be non-refundable.
Although André Scremin works to deliver professional, high-quality audio results, no guarantee is made regarding commercial success, streaming numbers, playlist placement, record label interest, radio play, sales, audience growth, awards, or financial return.
The final performance of a song or project depends on many factors beyond mixing, mastering, production, or vocal editing.
With permission, public availability, or appropriate authorization, André Scremin may display selected works, credits, streaming links, playlists, song titles, artist names, or project descriptions in a portfolio, website, social media, or promotional material.
If the client requires confidentiality, this must be communicated in writing before the project begins.
Project materials, unreleased songs, demos, lyrics, vocals, references, and private information will be treated with reasonable care.
However, if a project requires strict confidentiality, an additional written agreement, such as a non-disclosure agreement, may be requested and agreed upon before any files are submitted.
